Having had a hard time with my purchase, I feel that it is only fair to spell out just how excellent Ruth Salerno and Lisa Jones were all the way through the process. My completion date changed multiple times throughout, and the vendor and his solicitors didn't seem to be too good at communicating. Had it not been for Ruth and Lisa at NewBold's I honestly think I would have thrown the towel in. I'm sure they have lots of customers to deal with, but their service was so personal that I was made to feel that I was their only one. Fantastic! Thank you to Tracey, Sadie and Debbie for their patience and dedication to get us into our new home. They dealt with our sale and purchase, neither of which were plain sailing. We had difficult purchasers who threw everything at us and demanded completion before stamp duty went up at the end of June. Followed by a new build which without the teams help we wouldn't be in. Wow what can I say we finally found our dream bungalow and really didn’t think we would be completed by the stamp Duty holiday 30/09/21 but due to Lisa Jones Team Alysha Parsons and Ruth Salerno and anyone else that was involved we exchanged and completed on the same day 30/09/21. We were very happy with Mike Dowle and Alysha Parsons. We were desperate to complete prior to the stamp duty deadline. Fortunately they had been extremely thorough throughout and when the mortgage company unexpectedly asked for additional details at the 11th hour from the giftor of part of our deposit, they not only had the information to hand but immediately sent the information through. This saved us thousands of pounds. Not only this, but we received polite service at all times. Every time we phoned the telephone was answered either by Mike or Alysha. Email was responded to on the same day including out of hours. They had excellent attention to detail so we feel we’ve been protected for any future issues with the flat.
