Joinery made for your space.
From timber seating bases to bespoke furniture, our joinery gives an interior its shape. We bring woodwork and upholstery together in our Bristol workshop, creating pieces for homes, restaurants, pubs and commercial spaces.

Joinery & upholstery
One workshop. A complete piece.
The timber beneath a seat matters as much as the fabric you see. Our joinery and upholstery teams work together on the frame, proportions and finish, so each part belongs to the same design.
Whether you are planning fitted seating or an individual piece of furniture, we can discuss your drawings, dimensions and ideas before agreeing the approach.
WHAT WE DO
Everything made in one place.
Shaped around the room.
A straight wall run, a dining corner or a curved booth each calls for a different solution. We consider how the furniture fits the room, how people move around it and how the timber and upholstery will work together.

Your project
From an idea to a workable design.
Start with photographs of the space, approximate dimensions and any plans or references you have. Tell us what the furniture needs to do and the look you want to achieve.
We’ll discuss the construction, visible timber finish and upholstery with you, including any requirements for access, fitting and day-to-day use.
Featured work
Our projects bring timber construction and upholstered finishes together in different settings, from fitted hospitality seating to compact camper interiors. Explore the details, proportions and materials that give each space its character.
Interiors
Hush Speakeasy Members Club
Upholstered banquettes that bring shape and character to a private members’ club interior.
Domestic
Camper van seating
Compact upholstered seating arranged around the practical demands of a camper interior.
Commercial
The Teller
Buttoned banquette seating within a distinctive restaurant interior, balancing rich upholstery with the surrounding timber details.
Design & construction
The detail beneath the finish.
Good joinery starts with the structure. We consider dimensions, joints and support alongside the upholstery, giving the finished piece a clear relationship between its frame, seating and visible details.
Materials & Workshop
Timber, fabric and finish.
Visible timber can add warmth, contrast or a quiet edge to upholstered furniture. We’ll discuss the materials and finish in relation to your scheme, the way the piece will be used and the maintenance it will need.
