Featured work

From treasured home furniture to seating in busy venues, a new upholstered finish can change how a piece feels within its surroundings. Our work explores bold colours, familiar shapes and details that deserve a closer look.

Interiors

Hush Speakeasy Members Club

Rich upholstery and detailed banquette seating for a private members’ club interior.

Domestic

Mid-century revival

A fresh upholstered finish that celebrates the character of a familiar lounge suite.

Commercial

Bespoke armchair

An individual upholstered chair, with attention to its shape, proportions and finish.

The Making & Remaking

Keep the character. Refresh the finish.

We start by assessing the furniture and discussing what you want to keep or change. Alongside the outer covering, we can consider the condition of the cushioning and supporting structure, then agree the work suited to the piece.

Photographs, approximate dimensions and a description of any wear give us a useful starting point.

Materials & Workshop

A fabric that feels at home.

Colour and texture can transform a familiar shape. We’ll help you consider a covering in relation to your room, how the furniture is used and its cleaning needs. Piping, buttons and other finishing details can retain the original character or introduce a different look.
