Traditional detail.
A rich red finish.

Deep red upholstery and dark timber define this corner seating at Potters Bar. Buttoned backs, smooth seat pads and scrolling wooden arms give the arrangement a strong traditional character.

Making a feature of the corner

The seating meets at a right angle, following two walls to create one cohesive arrangement. Rich red upholstery brings warmth to the pale green room, while the exposed timber frame gives the piece a clear outline.

The high backs and substantial seat pads sit above a continuous wooden base. At either end, shaped timber arms add detail and give the seating a distinctive profile.

The finished space

Deep buttoning creates a diamond pattern across the backrests, contrasting with the smooth seats below. Close views reveal curved wooden arm supports, visible timber grain and neat upholstery around the seat edges.

The finished piece brings traditional furniture details into a clear, joined-up corner layout. Its red and timber palette makes the seating the focal point of the room.
