A bright corner.
A place to gather.

Teal corner seating gives Sophie Oldacres’s dining area a vivid focal point. Deep buttoned backs and a continuous seat wrap around a timber table in a light, open interior.

Making room around the table

The banquette follows two walls, defining the dining corner while leaving the centre of the room open. Its rich teal colour stands out against pale walls, timber flooring and the table’s natural finish.

A light timber base ties the seating to the surrounding wood tones. Framed artwork and flowers add colour above and around the upholstery, while the nearby garden doors bring light into the space.

The finished space

The diamond buttoning continues along both backrests, giving the seating texture and a consistent rhythm. A plain seat surface provides a calmer line beneath the detailed back, with the timber plinth forming a neat edge at floor level.

The finished arrangement makes the dining area feel clearly defined within the wider room. It is a compact corner with a bold colour and a generous sense of welcome.
