Setting up a Trust

Life can be unpredictable. A Power of Attorney ensures your affairs will be managed by someone you trust if you become unable to manage them yourself. At NewBold Solicitors, our team of experts can help you plan ahead, meaning you can rest assured knowing your affairs will always be in safe hands.

Fixed Fees Available
We offer a Fixed Fee Wills service

Our fees start at £239 plus VAT for a single will and £329 plus VAT for mirror wills.
We charge an hourly rate of £282 plus VAT for Trusts work.

At NewBold Solicitors, we can provide guidance to trustees and beneficiaries on their legal responsibilities and rights. Acting in conjunction with financial advisers, we can advise on, create and manage a lifetime of Will Trusts:

  • Property Trusts
